No! PilateFlow® is specifically designed for Level 2 Exercise to Music instructors, making it more accessible than traditional Pilates courses. You don’t need a Level 3 Pilates qualification to get started.
Traditional Pilates focuses on precision and often uses equipment or a slower, more technical approach. PilateFlow® is choreographed to music, making it more dynamic and suited for group fitness settings. It retains core Pilates principles but flows seamlessly to a beat.

No prior Pilates teaching experience is necessary. If you have a Level 2 Exercise to Music qualification and a passion for movement, you can teach PilateFlow®.

PilateFlow® is designed to be mat-based, requiring just a mat. Some routines can include optional small equipment like resistance bands but it's not necessary.
